Will YOU Sign this Pledge?
Who needs to overturn Citizens United when morality and ethics is practiced in governing?
To all Democrat and Republican politicians: What do you think? Will you sign the pledge?
Politics should be about people power, not the power of purchasing people. That is too much like slavery. It is a moral issue. It is an ethical issue. It is an issue that will make us or break us.
We should ask every candidate for every office to read and sign the following - or refuse to support them. If they want our votes, they should earn our votes - not purchase them through some unscrupulous agent!

This is such a powerfull framework for reframing campaign finance reform! Your pledge smartly sidesteps the endless legal battles around Citizens United by simply asking candidates to voluntarily reject Super PAC money and corporate donaitons. What I find particularly clever is the median net worth threshold, since it anchors teh standard to actual economic reality rather than arbitrary dollar amounts that quickly become outdated. If even a handful of candidates embraced this publicly, it could shift voter expectations about what "clean" campaigning actually looks like.
